Returns, Refunds and Replacement 

We have a customer friendly return policy and accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery for any reason.

To Return a product you need to follow these steps:

Step 1: Send an email to care@sukkhi.com with your order number mentioning the product you want to return. Please do provide a brief description about the issue with the order.

Step 2: Once an email is sent, a case ticket shall be generated and our executive shall review your case and shall provide you an amicable solution. You shall have three options for your Refund

  1. Bank Transfer for Cash on Delivery Orders
  2. Refund to your Bank by Payment Gateway for Prepaid Orders
  3. Sukkhi.com Gift Card for the order amount plus Rs.50, which can be used, for any future purchase at Sukkhhi.com

The return shipping cost is to be borne by customer and shall only be reimbursed in form of Gift Card upto a maximum of Rs. 50 per order item to a maximum of Rs. 150 per order. In order to claim, return shipping reimbursement, customer is required to share the copy of Return shipping courier receipt at care@sukkhi.com

Step 3: You shall then be provided with a Return shipping address to return the items back to us. Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn't get damaged during the return transit. Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned and send us an email to care@sukkhi.com with the courier tracking details. Without tracking number, product can't be tracked and can be lost in transit.

Once the product has reached and it is inspected to be free from any defect, your refund shall be authorized. Following can be the tentative timelines for Refund to reflect in your Bank Account

Prepaid Order Refund via Payment Gateway 5 to 9 days from the date of authorization
Cash on Delivery/Prepaid Order Gift Card 1 day from the date of authorization

 

While we shall try to accommodate all your return requests, we may not be able to accept return or replacement request under this 7 Day Return Guarantee:

Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product

  1. Any product that has been washed
  2. Any product not in its original condition
  3. Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
  4. Any product without a valid and readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, tampered, or otherwise unreadable serial number

 

Order Cancellations

Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?

The customer can only cancel the order within 24 hours of placing the order. No cancellations will be processed after 24 hours. Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 4 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund as per refund policy. You will be notified for the same.

Why a "24 Hour" deadline?

As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, packaging, customizing and logistics start, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases.

Cancellation before product has shipped?

If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Cancellation after product has shipped?

If your product has shipped we may not be able to accept your cancellation request, please contact Customer Service and they shall be able to work out a solution for you.
